Beef
and Vegetable Kabobs
Choice, top sirloin
is marinated in a mixture of red wine vinegar,
olive oil,
Dijon,
garlic and basil and then cubed and skewered.
Bell peppers, red onion,
zucchini, squash and mushrooms are
skewered separately to allow for
less cooking time than beef.
Tsatsiki sauce on the side made
with sour cream, yogurt, garlic and
cucumber.

Heating Instructions
Oven:
Cover
with foil. Heat at 350º 7-15 min. or until heated through.
Microwave:
Cover
with paper towel. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 min. (small); 2-3 min.
(medium); 3-4 min. (large)
Grill:
Place kabobs on grid over medium, ash-covered coals.
Grill, uncovered, 1 to 2 min.
