Beef Brisket with Mashed Potatoes
Whole brisket browned,
then slow cooked in vegetable, tomato, wine
mixture. Comes
with mashed potatoes and our special brisket gravy.

Heating Instructions
Oven:
Remove
Lid and cover with foil. Place pan in pre-heated 350° oven for 15-20
min. (small/ med.); 30-35 min. (large) or until thoroughly heated. Baste
brisket with gravy halfway through heating time to prevent beef from
drying out.
Microwave directions:
Remove
plastic cover. Cover with paper towel. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 min.
(small); 4-6 min. (medium); 5-7 min. (large)

Beef brisket, vegetable oil, onions, celery, carrots, red wine, garlic,
tomatoes, tomato puree, beef base, water, salt, pepper, thyme,
Worcestershire sauce, cornstarch, parsley, red potatoes, butter, and
half and half.
