Beef Fajitas

Choice top sirloin strips liven up after a marinade of garlic, jalapeno,

lime juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, rice vinegar and cumin. 

Beef is stir-fried until lightly browned and is accompanied by

marinated, grilled onions and bell peppers and refried beans.

Load this flavorful mixture on the flour tortillas and top with

shredded cheese, salsa and sour cream. Its bold, hearty taste will

bring a little excitement to the table.

Heating Instructions
 

Microwave directions:  Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat for 3-5 minutes (small), 6-8 min. (med.), 9-11 (large) stirring halfway through heating time.  Add tortillas during last 2 minutes. 

Oven directions:  Pre-heat oven to 350º.  Remove lid and cover with foil.  Heat for 20-30 minutes or until warm.  Wrap tortillas in foil and heat for last 10 minutes.
