Beef Tenderloin with Rolls and Garnishes

One of our more special meals, the perfect dinner Beef Tenderloin

 is rubbed with parsley, garlic, oil and seasonings, then cooked whole

to medium rare. The juicy tenderloin is then sliced and placed

alongside an elegant garnish and served with fresh-made dinner

rolls. Horseradish sauce is included to spice things up. Light the

candles, arrange some flowers, send the kids to a sleepover and

enjoy a delicious, intimate dinner made for you.

Heating Instructions
 

Serve cold with rolls, sauce and garnish

 

If a greater degree of doneness and warm roast is desired, remove lid and garnish. 

 

Microwave directions:  Cover with paper towel.  Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 min. (small); 2-3 min. (medium);

3-4 min. (large)

Oven:  Cover with foil. Heat at 325º 10-15 min. or until warm.
