Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas
This is one of the perfect dinner’s
most popular dishes. Corn
tortillas are filled with cooked chicken
breast, mild green chilies and
a blend of cheeses, then topped with a
creamy tomatillo sauce and
baked until bubbly. The enchiladas come
with fresh salsa, sour
cream and jalapeno peppers on the side. It’s
not too spicy and it’s
definitely not plain. The only way to describe
it is “Ole!”
(Oven
heating is recommended for this meal. Please allow 30-45
minutes.)

Heating Instructions
Oven directions:
Place pan on cookie sheet before baking.
Remove lid and cover pan with foil. Bake at 350°:

min. for small/medium or 35-40 min. large
Let stand 10 min.
