Crab Cakes with Tangy Coleslaw and Caper Aioli
Our Golden
Lump Crab Meat Cakes are lightly breaded in both bread crumbs as
well as a polenta blend that adds crunch and flavor, but we refuse
to fry them. We merely brown them in a sauté and bake them in the
oven. Coupled with a coleslaw you'll want to buy all by itself, and
a caper aioli that finishes the party in your mouth. A new favorite!

Heating Instructions
Oven heating preferred:
Oven directions
(preferred method):
Remove
lid and cover with foil. Heat at 350° for 10-15 minutes or until hot.
Microwave directions:
Remove
lid and cover with paper towel. Heat for 2-3 min. (Small), 4-5 min.
(Med.), 6-7 (Large). Rearrange crab cakes half way through heating
time.

Crab
meat, red pepper, green onion, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard,
egg, breadcrumbs, lemon juice,Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, bread
crumbs,
polenta, vegetable oil, capers, horseradish, salt and pepper.
