Crab Cakes with Tangy Coleslaw and Caper Aioli

Our Golden Lump Crab Meat Cakes are lightly breaded in both bread crumbs as well as a polenta blend that adds crunch and flavor, but we refuse to fry them. We merely brown them in a sauté and bake them in the oven. Coupled with a coleslaw you'll want to buy all by itself, and a caper aioli that finishes the party in your mouth. A new favorite!

Heating Instructions
 

Oven heating preferred: 

Oven directions (preferred method):  Remove lid and cover with foil. Heat at 350° for 10-15 minutes or until hot. 

Microwave directions: Remove lid and cover with paper towel.  Heat for 2-3 min. (Small), 4-5 min. (Med.), 6-7 (Large).  Rearrange crab cakes half way through heating time.

Ingredients:  Crab meat, red pepper, green onion, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard,

egg, breadcrumbs, lemon juice,Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, bread crumbs,

polenta, vegetable oil, capers, horseradish, salt and pepper.
