Flank Steak with Roasted Vegetables

Our Flank Steak is one of our most flavorful dishes. The Flank Steak

begins its journey on a slow, overnight, Marinating process that includes

the infusion of such ingredients as balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce, and a secret

blend of herbs and spices. After the Flank absorbs this wealth of flavor, we roast

the meat until brown and delicious. Served medium rare, the flank steak is accompanied

by roasted veggies, including Bell Peppers, Onions, and New Red Potatoes. No sauce comes

with this beauty because a sauce is entirely unnecessary.

Heating Instructions
 

Steak best when not overcooked.  Heat gently.

 

Microwave directions:  Remove lid and cover with paper towel.  Microwave on HIGH 1-2 min. (small/medium); 2-3 min. (large)

 

Oven:  Remove lid and cover with foil. Heat at 350º 10 min. (small/medium); 15 min. (large) .
