Glazed Ham w/ Sweet Potatoes or Mac & Cheese

Our Roasted
Ham is slowly glazed and basted with a sweet glaze of our own
concoction. Please enjoy the juicy, luscious ham with our hand mixed
mashed Sweet Potatoes, which are covered with chopped pecans. Served
with a lovely Crème Fraiche/ Dijon Sauce. Our homemade mac & cheese
with a 3 cheese sauce & bread crumbs is another perfect compliment
to our ham!

Heating Instructions
Oven directions (preferred method):
Remove lid and cover with foil. Heat at 350° for 20-30 minutes.
Microwave directions:
Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat for 3-4 min. (Small), 4-5
min. (Med.), 5-7 (Large). Stir potatoes and rearrange ham halfway
through cooking time to insure even heating.
Ingredients:
Boneless ham. Glaze: light brown sugar, orange marmalade, stone ground
mustard, salt and ground black pepper. Sweet Potatoes: orange juice,
butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, pecans.
