Italian Pot Roast
with Parmesan Mashed
Potatoes
We've taken our popular Pot roast and given it a hard boot to the
Italian side of the
kitchen.
Braised in a tomato and herb based sauce, the pot roast is slow cooked
to
perfection. We took our almost perfect mashed potatoes and gave them a
cheesy
side. We
mixed grated parmesan into our famous recipe and Presto!, another
Perfect
Dinner for you and your family.

Heating Instructions
Oven directions:
Remove lid. Cover with foil. Heat in pre-heated 325° oven for 20-30
minutes for small/medium and 40-45 min. for large or until thoroughly
heated. Baste beef roast with gravy halfway through heating time to
prevent beef from drying out.
Microwave directions:
Remove lid. Cover with paper towel. Heat for 3-4 minutes (small); 4-6
min. (med.), 5-7 min. (large) or until heated through. Rearrange beef
and baste with gravy halfway through heating time to ensure even heating
and prevent beef from drying out.
Gravy:
To
heat extra gravy separately, place in a microwave safe container and
microwave on HIGH 1-2 minutes or until hot.
Ingredients:
Beef rib eye roast, vegetable oil, onions, garlic, beef base, water, red
wine, tomatoes, basil, oregano, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt,
pepper, flour, potatoes, butter, half and half, parmesan cheese,
parsley.
