Lemon Chicken with
Brown Rice
This is not the typical weekday chicken
dinner! Boneless chicken
breasts are marinated in a lemony
Dijon
sauce, browned slightly and
then baked to a rich golden color. Chicken
breasts are then drizzled
with a luscious sauce made with lemon juice,
Dijon, garlic and chicken
broth and sprinkled with sliced, toasted
almonds. Brown rice is
served on the side. The whole family will agree
-- chicken dinner
will never be the same!

Heating Instructions
Microwave directions:
Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat for 3-4 min.
(small), 5-7 min. (medium), 8-9 min. (large). Stir halfway through
heating time to ensure even heating.
Oven
directions:
Remove lid and cover with foil. Bake in preheated 350°
oven for 20-30 min. or
until thoroughly heated.

garlic, vegetable oil, chicken base, cornstarch, butter, parsley, salt,
pepper.
