Roasted Bourbon Pork with Rice
Pilaf
This one is straight from the hills of Kentucky!
Bourbon, soy sauce,
garlic, ginger and
Dijon are sweetened ever so slightly with brown
sugar and
made into a marinade and a sauce for topping. Pour it over
the pork
tenderloin and the rice pilaf and you may just decide you’re
due for a
trip to the Derby next year!

Heating Instructions
Microwave directions:
Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat for 3-5
minutes (small), 6-8 min. (med.), 9-11 (large) stirring halfway through
heating time.
Oven directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º. Remove lid and cover with foil.
Heat for 20-30 minutes or until warm.
Ingredients:
Pork tenderloin, bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic,
Dijon mustard, ginger, Worcestershire sauce, oil, cornstarch, water,
wild rice blend, butter, mushrooms, almonds.
