We took the popularity of our Flank Steak with Roasted Vegetables as a hint that

we have a good thing working. After much experimentation and tireless nights

in front of plate after plate of various flank steak ideas, the Southwest Flank Steak

won our hearts. Appealing to everyone's love of the desert Southwest, our inspired

Flank Steak is marinated in cumin, chili powder, salsa, and other herbs and spices. The

roasted veggies, popular in our regular flank steak, have been spiced up with a similar

Southwestern Style mixture.

Heating Instructions
 

Steak best when not overcooked.  Heat gently.

 

Microwave directions:  Remove lid and cover with paper towel.  Microwave on HIGH 1-2 min. (small/medium); 2-3 min. (large)

 

Oven:  Remove lid and cover with foil. Heat at 350º 10 min. (small/medium); 15 min. (large) .

 

Ingredients:  Flank Steak.  Marinade: Balsamic vinegar, water, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, basil, salt, pepper, sugar.  Vegetables: Red potatoes, red and yellow peppers, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar.
