Sesame Chicken with Basmati Rice
Boneless and skinless chicken breasts are first covered in Sesame
Seeds and browned and baked. The texture and flavor are marvelous!
Served with Basmati Rice and a Raita Sauce.

Heating Instructions
Microwave directions:
Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat on HIGH for 3-4 min.
(small); 4-5 min. (med.); 5-6 min. (large) or until heated through.
Rearrange chicken and stir rice halfway through to prevent over cooking.
Oven directions:
Remove lid and cover with foil. Bake in pre-heated 350° oven for 15-25
min. or until heated through.

Chicken breast, egg, vegetable oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, ground cumin,
salt, pepper, sesame seeds, dry bread crumbs, butter, onion, garlic,
basmati rice, chicken base, cloves, cinnamon stick, curry powder.
