Steak with Mushroom Ragout and
Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

Heating Instructions
Oven directions:
Remove lid and cover with foil. Heat in pre-heated 350° oven for 20-25
minutes for small/medium and 30-45 min. for large.
Microwave directions:
Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat for 3-5 minutes
(small/medium); 6-8 min. (large), rearranging potatoes and beef halfway
through heating time to assure even heating.

Flat Iron Steaks, Mushrooms, shallots, dry sherry, beef base, butter,
cornstarch, whipping cream, salt, pepper, parsley, potatoes, prepared
