Tandoori Chicken Kabobs w/ Rice
Straight from Asia, the yogurt and sour cream marinade tenderizes
the chicken for roasting.
The
chicken is skewered and roasted slowly to conserve the juices. The
accompanying Raita
sauce is
both creamy and smooth with cucumber and yogurt. A tangy chicken dish
cooled off
beautifully with the soothing sauce.

Heating Instructions
Can be eaten at refrigerated or heated temperatures.
Microwave Directions:
Cover with paper towel heat on HIGH for
2-3
min. (S); 3-4 min. (M), 5-6 min. (L). Stir halfway through to ensure
even heating.
Grill Directions:
Place kabobs on grill over medium, ash-covered coals.
Grill, uncovered, 1-2 min. or until heated through. Heat rice in oven
or microwave.
Oven Directions:
Cover pan with foil. Bake in a 350° oven 7-15 min. or
until heated through.
Ingredients:
Chicken. Marinade: yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger,
cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, pepper, red food coloring. Rice
Pilaf: Basmati rice, butter, onion, garlic, cinnamon stick, curry
powder, chicken base. Sauce: Sour cream, yogurt, garlic,
cucumber, pepper.
