Thai Chicken Stir-Fry

with Vegetables, Noodles and Peanut Sauce

Kids will ask for this stir fry, and there’s a good reason. Chicken

strips are marinated in a mixture of chicken broth, soy sauce, rice

vinegar, garlic and fresh ginger, and then stir-fried to perfection. A

creamy, peanut sauce is poured over the stir-fry and holds the

secret to this dish’s appeal: peanut butter! The stir-fry is topped

with roasted peanuts and served with linguine noodles. Adults, don’t be

shy – this is the most sophisticated peanut butter dish you’ve ever

Heating Instructions
 

Microwave directions:  Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat for 5-7 min. (small); 8-10 min. (med.); 10-14 min (large).

 

Oven directions:   Remove lid and cover with foil. Bake at 325° for 15-20 minutes.

Gentle stirring of food encourages even heating.
