Thai Chicken Stir-Fry

soy sauce, rice
vinegar, garlic and fresh ginger, and then stir-fried
to perfection. A
creamy, peanut sauce is poured over the stir-fry and

secret to this dish’s appeal: peanut butter! The stir-fry is
topped
with roasted peanuts and served with linguine

Heating Instructions
Microwave directions:
Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat for 5-7 min. (small); 8-10
min. (med.); 10-14 min (large).
Oven directions:
Remove lid and cover with foil. Bake at 325° for 15-20 minutes.
Gentle stirring of food encourages even heating.
