BBQ Beef Brisket w/Roasted Potato Salad
Oven Directions: Remove lid and cover with foil. Place pan in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes (small/medium); 30-35 minutes (large) or until thoroughly heated. Baste brisket with gravy halfway through heating time to prevent beef from drying out.
Microwave Directions: Remove plastic cover. Cover with paper towel. Microwave on HIGH 3-4 minutes (small); 4-6 minutes (medium); 5-7 minutes (large).
Ingredients: Beef brisket, vegetable oil, onions, barbeque sauce, water, parsley, red potatoes, olive oil.. celery, carrots, bacon, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
