Beef Brisket with Mashed Potatoes & Brisket Gravy
Beef brisket super slow roasted with carrots, celery, onions, red wine and tomatoes and basted for hours until tender. Brisket is sliced and served with mashed red potatoes and brisket gravy.
Heating Directions:
- Oven: Remove Lid and cover with foil. Place pan in pre-heated 350° oven for 15-20 min. (small/ med.); 30-35 min. (large) or until thoroughly heated. Baste brisket with gravy halfway through heating time to prevent beef from drying out.
- Microwave directions: Remove plastic cover. Cover with paper towel. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 min. (small); 4-6 min. (medium); 5-7 min. (large)
- Ingredients: Beef brisket, vegetable oil, onions, celery, carrots, red wine, garlic, tomatoes, tomato puree, water, salt, pepper, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, cornstarch, parsley, red potatoes, butter, and half and half.
