Beef Stew with Biscuits
Beef slowly braised with onions, garlic, red wine, thyme, carrots, celery & red potatoes. Served with southern style baking powder biscuits on the side.
Heating Instructions
- Microwave Directions: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Cook on high 3-4 min. (small), 4-6 min. (medium), 5-7 min. (large) or until warm, stirring halfway through heating time.
- Stovetop: Pour into saucepan. Heat over medium heat 10 minutes or until soup begins to boil.
- Ingredients: Beef rump roast, red potatoes, vegetable oil, onions, garlic, water, red wine, bay leaves, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, crushed tomatoes, celery, carrots, cornstarch, salt and pepper.
