Beef Stir-Fry with Vegetables and Rice

Beef roast strips are stir-fried with garlic and ginger and then tossed with an authentic Asian sauce made from hoisin, soy sauce, sesame oil and sherry. Carrots, broccoli and red pepper are lightly steamed and placed alongside the beef. Long grain white rice is gently cooked and fluffed and arranged next to the vegetables. This meal includes extra sauce for spice and chow mein noodles for crunch. It’s all there… Just give it a stir.

Heating Directions:

  • Microwave directions:  Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat for 3-4 min. (small), 5-8 min. (med.), 8-10 min (large).  Stir halfway to ensure even heating.
  • Oven directions:  Remove lid and cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 20-30 min. or until thoroughly heated.
