Beef Tenderloin with Rolls and Garnishes
Beef Tenderloin is rubbed with parsley, garlic, oil and seasonings, then cooked whole to medium rare. The juicy tenderloin is sliced and placed alongside elegant garnishes and served with fresh-made dinner rolls. Horseradish sauce is provided on the side.
Serve cold with rolls, sauce and garnish. If a greater degree of cooking and warm roast is desired, remove lid and garnishes and heat slightly.
Heating Instructions (if desired)
- Microwave directions: Cover with paper towel. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 min. (small); 2-3 min. (medium); 3-4 min. (large)
- Oven: Cover with foil. Heat at 325º 10-15 min. or until warm.
- Ingredients: Beef tenderloin. Rub: parsley, garlic, vegetable oil, salt, pepper. Sauce: Whipping cream, sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, pepper. Garnish: Lettuce, tomatoes, onion, artichoke hearts.
