Beef & Veggie Kabobs with Rice

Heating Instructions

  • Oven:  Cover with foil. Heat at 350º 7-15 min. or until heated through.
  • Microwave:  Cover with paper towel.  Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 min. (small); 2-3 min. (medium); 3-4 min. (large)
  • Grill: Place kabobs on grid over medium, ash-covered coals.  Grill, uncovered, 1 to 2 min.
  • Ingredients: Beef, red and green bell pepper, zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, red wine vinegar, olive oil, rice, Dijon mustard, garlic, basil, sugar, salt, and pepper; sauce- sour cream, yogurt, garlic, cucumber, and pepper.
