Flank Steak with Roasted Vegetables
Flank Steak is marinated overnight in balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce, and a secret blend of herbs and spices and roasted until brown. Served medium rare, the flank steak is accompanied by roasted veggies, including Bell Peppers, Onions, and New Red Potatoes.
Heating Instructions
- Steak best when not overcooked. Heat gently.
- Microwave directions: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Microwave on HIGH 1-2 min. (small/medium); 2-3 min. (large)
- Oven: Remove lid and cover with foil. Heat at 350º 10 min. (small/medium); 15 min. (large) .
