Heating Instructions
- Oven directions: Remove lid. Cover with foil. Heat in pre-heated 325° oven for 20-30 minutes for small/medium and 40-45 min. for large or until thoroughly heated. Baste beef roast with gravy halfway through heating time to prevent beef from drying out.
- Microwave directions: Remove lid. Cover with paper towel. Heat for 3-4 minutes (small); 4-6 min. (med.), 5-7 min. (large) or until heated through. Rearrange beef and baste with gravy halfway through heating time to ensure even heating and prevent beef from drying out.
- Gravy: To heat extra gravy separately, place in a microwave safe container and microwave on HIGH 1-2 minutes or until hot. Yes, this pan is oven and microwave safe!
