Meatloaf with Cheesy Potatoes
Our signature meatloaf is made from lean ground chuck, gently seasoned with Worcestershire sauce, garlic and thyme and topped with a sweetened tomato sauce. Cheesy potatoes are baked in a medley of Swiss and Parmesan cheeses and seasoned with fresh rosemary.
Heating Instructions
- Oven directions (preferred method): Remove lid and cover with foil. Place plan on cookie sheet before baking. Bake in pre-heated 350° oven for 20-25 min. (sm/med.); 30-35 minutes (large).
- Microwave Directions: Remove lid and cover with a paper towel. Heat for 8-10 min. (small), 10-12 min. (med) or 12-15 min. (large).
- Ingredients: Meatloaf: Ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, garlic, salt, pepper, brown sugar, dry mustard. Cheesy Potatoes: Idaho potatoes, swiss cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic, rosemary, salt pepper, whipping cream.
