Mexican Beef Stew w/Cornbread
A new take on the traditional beef stew. Beef chuck roast is combined with salsa, fresh tomatoes, corn, black beans, cilantro, chili powder and cumin, and slow cooked for hours. Served with cornbread.
Heating Directions:
- Microwave Directions: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Cook on high 3-4 min. (small), 4-6 min. (medium), 5-7 min. (large) or until warm, stirring halfway through heating time.
- Stovetop: Pour into saucepan. Heat over medium heat 10 minutes or until soup begins to boil.
- Ingredients: Beef chuck, black beans, corn kernels, Onions, garlic, salsa, chipotle pepper, chili powder, cumin, flour, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
