Roast Beef w/ Mashed Potatoes & Gravy
A traditional comfort food! Sliced prime rib roast is seasoned and cooked to medium rare. Served with red skinned mashed potatoes and beef gravy.
- Oven directions: Remove lid and cover with foil. Heat in pre-heated 350° oven for 15-20 minutes for small/medium and 20-30 min. for large.
- Microwave directions: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat for 3-4 minutes (small/medium); 5-7 min. (large), stirring potatoes and rearranging beef halfway through heating time to assure even heating.
- Ingredients: Beef prime rib roast, red potatoes, butter, half and half, salt, pepper, parsley, red wine, gravy mix, water.
