Southwest Flank Steak with Roasted Vegetables
Flank Steak is marinated in cumin, chili powder, salsa, and other herbs and spices. The roasted veggies, popular in our regular flank steak, have been spiced up with a similar Southwestern Style mixture.
Heating Instructions
Steak best when not overcooked. Heat gently.
- Microwave directions: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Microwave on HIGH 1-2 min. (small/medium); 2-3 min. (large)
- Oven directions: Remove lid and cover with foil. Heat at 350º 10 min. (small/medium); 15 min. (large).
- Ingredients: Flank Steak. Marinade: Balsamic vinegar, water, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, basil, salt, pepper, sugar. Vegetables: Red potatoes, red and yellow peppers, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar.
