Spaghetti w/Pomodoro Sauce & Meatballs
Linguine noodles topped with chunky tomato sauce that was simmered for hours with tomatoes, garlic, basil & seasonings. Meatballs are made with ground beef & Italian sausage, seasoned with onion, chili flakes, parmesan, red wine, salt & pepper.
Heating Directions
- Microwave directions: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat for 3-4minutes (small), 5-6 min. (med.), 7-8 (large) stirring halfway through heating time.
- Oven directions: Pre-heat oven to 350º. Remove lid and cover with foil. Heat for 20-30 minutes or until warm.
- Ingredients: Marinara: olive oil, onion, garlic, white wine, basil, oregano, tomato puree, diced tomato, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, sugar. Meatballs: ground beef, onion, red wine, eggs, milk, dry bread crumbs, garlic, parmesan, salt, pepper. Linguine, parsley.
