Steak with Mushroom Sauce and Loaded Mashed Potatoes

The Flatiron Steak cut is a very popular choice when it comes to meat. Considered the second most tender cut, the Flatiron is both lean and juicy. Enjoy our broiled steaks with a red-wine and mushroom sauce that is rich and delicious.

The steaks are served with Loaded Mashed Potatoes – loaded with crisp bacon, cheddar cheese & green onions.

Heating Instructions

  • Oven directions: Remove lid and cover with foil. Heat in pre-heated 350° oven for 20-25 minutes for small/medium and 30-45 min. for large.
  • Microwave directions: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat for 3-5 minutes (small/medium); 6-8 min. (large), rearranging potatoes and beef halfway through heating time to assure even heating.
  • Ingredients: Flat Iron Steaks, butter, mushrooms, red wine, shallots, potatoes, half and half, sharp cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, salt, pepper.
