Steak with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes
Beef tenderloin filet seasoned,then seared on griddle and finished in the oven. Accompanied by seasoned fingerling potatoes and a relish made from heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil, onion, bell pepper and balsamic vinaigrette.
Heating instructions
- Oven directions: Remove lid and cover with foil. Heat i pre-heated 350 oven for 15-20 minutes (small/medium) or 20-25 minutes (large).
- Microwave directions: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat for 2-3 minutes (small/medium)r 4-5 minutes (large), rearranging potatoes and beef halfway through heating time to assure even heating.
- Ingredients: Beef tenderloin, fingerling potatoes, vegetable oil, olive oil, heirloom tomatoes, red onion, basil, house dressing, green onion, salt, pepper and parsley.
