Chicken Picatta with Pasta
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, oven-baked and topped with a white wine, garlic & herb sauce. Served with penne pasta, topped with garlic, fresh tomato & basil and garnished with capers.
Heating Instructions
- Microwave directions: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat for 3-4 min. (small), 5-6 min. (medium), 7-8 min. (large). Rearrange halfway through heating time to ensure even heating.
- Oven directions: Remove lid and cover with foil. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 20-30 min. or until thoroughly heated.
