Chicken Vesuvio with Roasted Potato Wedges
Boneless skinless chicken breasts dredged in flour then sautéed. Butter, garlic, white wine, chicken base, and oregano combine to make our flavorful vesuvio sauce. Roasted potato wedges are on the side and the dish is garnished with peas.
Heating Instructions
- Oven directions (preferred method): Remove lid and cover with foil. Heat at 350° for 20-30 minutes.
- Microwave directions: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat for 3-4 min. (Small), 5-6 min. (Med.), 7-8 (Large).
- Ingredients: Chicken breasts, potatoes, butter, white wine, water, oregano, crushed red pepper, garlic, peas.
