Chicken with Artichokes and Lemon Rice
Gently browned boneless and skinless chicken breasts are served with artichoke hearts, lemon zest, and a white wine and butter sauce. Served with lemon infused rice.
Heating Instructions
- Oven directions: Remove lid and cover with foil. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 20-30 min. or until thoroughly heated.
- Microwave directions: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Microwave on HIGH 3-4 min. (small), 5-6 min. (medium), 7-8 min. (large). Rearrange chicken and rice halfway through cooking time to ensure even heating.
- Ingredients: Chicken breasts, olive oil, flour, salt, pepper, artichoke hearts, unsalted butter, garlic, white wine, lemon juice, water, dried oregano, cornstarch, water, salt, pepper, sugar, rice, lemon rind, dill, parsley.
