Chicken w/Lemon & Roasted Artichoke Sauce & Rice
Chicken is floured and seared. Served with rice and light roasted artichoke sauce, finished with lemon juice and heavy cream.
Oven Directions: Remove lid and cover with foil. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20-30 min or until thoroughly heated.
Microwave Directions: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Microwave on HIGH 3-4 minutes (small), 5-6 minutes (medium), 7-8 minutes (large). Rearrange chicken and rice halfway through cooking time to ensure even heating.
Ingredients: Chicken breasts, olive oil, flour, salt, pepper, artichoke hearts, unsalted butter, garlic, white wine, lemon juice, dried oregano, heavy cream, chili flakes, parmesan cheese, sugar, rice, parsely.
