Lemon Chicken Stir Fry
Tender strips of chicken tossed with creamy lemon sauce with a hint of rosemary and thyme. Served with buttered white rice and roasted summer vegetables.
Heating Instructions: Microwave: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat 3-4 minutes (small) 5-8 minutes (medium) 8-10 minutes (large).
Oven: Remove lid and cover with foil. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until heated.
Ingredients: Boneless, skinless chicken breast, asparagus, green beans, baby carrots, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, rice, marsala wine, lemon juice, rosemary, whipping cream, cornstarch, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, parsley.
