Pecan Chicken with Rice Pilaf
Boneless and skinless chicken breasts are first bathed in an egg and milk bath and covered with toasted and chopped pecans. Chicken breasts are browned and baked. Served with our rice pilaf and a creamy Dijon mustard sauce.
Heating Instructions
- Microwave directions: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat for 3-4 min. (small), 4-5 min. (medium), 5-6 min. (large). Stir halfway through heating time to ensure even heating.
- Oven directions: Remove lid and cover with foil. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 15-25 min. or until thoroughly heated.
- Sauce: Pour sauce over vegetables and chicken, if desired. Can also be used as a dipping sauce.
- Ingredients: Chicken breasts, white & wild rice blend, pecans, eggs, unsalted butter, Dijon mustard, dry white wine, sour cream, salt, ground black pepper.
