Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken with Pasta
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are browned, then oven baked and topped with a creamy sauce made with fresh sun-dried tomatoes. Served with penne pasta.
Heating Directions:
- Microwave directions: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat for 3-4 min. (small), 5-6 min. (medium), 7-8 min. (large). Rearrange halfway through heating time to ensure even heating.
- Oven directions: Remove lid and cover with foil. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 20-30 min. or until thoroughly heated.
- Ingredients: Chicken breasts, olive oil, unsalted butter, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, dry white wine, crushed red pepper, whipping cream, penne pasta, plum tomatoes, dried basil, salt, pepper.
