Roasted Leg of Lamb with Ratatouille & Roasted Garlic Aioli
Leg of lamb marinated with garlic, thyme and rosemary, roasted to medium. Served with sauteed eggplant, zucchini and bell peppers in a tomato onion sauce. Roasted garlic aioli sauce on the side.
Heating Instructions
- Oven directions: Remove lid and cover with foil. Heat at Heat at 350° for 15-20 min. (S/M) or 20-25 min. (L, XL).
- Microwave directions: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat for 2-3 min. (Small), 4-5 min. (Med.), 5-7 (Large). Rearrange lamb halfway through cooking time to insure even heating.
