Bourbon Pork Tenderloin with Rice Pilaf
Bourbon, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and Dijon are slightly sweetened with brown sugar and made into a marinade and a sauce for topping. The sauce is poured over the pork tenderloin and accompanied with rice pilaf.
Heating Instructions
- Microwave directions: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat for 3-5 minutes (small), 6-8 min. (med.), 9-11 (large) stirring halfway through heating time.
- Oven directions: Pre-heat oven to 350º. Remove lid and cover with foil. Heat for 20-30 minutes or until warm.
- Ingredients: Pork tenderloin, bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, Dijon mustard, ginger, Worcestershire sauce, oil, cornstarch, water, wild rice blend, butter, mushrooms, almonds.
