Pork Roast with Rosemary Roasted Potatoes
Pork loin is rubbed with olive oil, rosemary, thyme and seasonings and oven roasted. Served with red potatoes roasted with rosemary and seasonings.
Heating Directions:
- Oven directions (recommended): Only gentle heating is required. Remove lid and cover with foil. Heat in 350 degree oven 20-30 minutes (S/M), 35-40 min (L) or until heated through.
- Microwave directions: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat 2-3 min. (S), 4-5 min. (M), 6-7 min. (L). Rearrange pork and potatoes halfway through to assure even heating.
- Ingredients: Pork loin roast. Rub: olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, ground black pepper. Potatoes: Red potatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary.
