Pork loin is rubbed with olive oil, rosemary, thyme and seasonings and oven roasted.  Served with red potatoes roasted  with rosemary and seasonings.

Heating Directions:

  • Oven directions (recommended):  Only gentle heating is required.  Remove lid and cover with foil.  Heat in 350 degree oven 20-30 minutes (S/M), 35-40 min (L) or until heated through.
  • Microwave directions:  Remove lid and cover with paper towel.  Heat 2-3 min. (S), 4-5 min. (M), 6-7 min. (L). Rearrange pork and potatoes halfway through to assure even heating.
  • Ingredients: Pork loin roast. Rub: olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, ground black pepper. Potatoes: Red potatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary.
