Pork Tacos with Cilantro Rice
Pork cooked with chipotle, onion, and garlic and shredded to a perfect texture alongside rice seasoned lightly with cilantro. Served with our homemade corn and black bean salsa, sour cream, and soft flour tortiallas.
Heating Instructions
- Oven: Remove lid and cover with foil. Heat in a 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes for small, 15-20 minutes for medium, and 20-25 minutes for large.
- Microwave: Cover with paper towel. Microwave on high 3-4 minutes for small, 4-5 minutes for medium, and 5-6 minutes for large. Rearrange midway through to promote even heating.
