Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Potatoes and Caramelized Onion & Cherry Sauce
Pork tenderloin marinated in balsamic marinade, roasted , then brushed with a caramelized onion and red cherry sauce. Served with roasted potatoes.
Heating Instructions
- Oven: Remove plastic lid. Cover with foil. Heat in a 350ºF oven for 12-15 minutes (small), 15-20 minutes (medium) and 20-25 minutes (large) or until thoroughly heated.
- Microwave: Cover with paper towel. Microwave on HIGH 3-4 minutes (small), 5-6 minutes (medium) and 7-8 minutes (large). Stir potatoes and rearrange pork medallions to promote even heating.Ingredients: Pork shoulder, red potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, parsnips, shallots, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, parsley.
