Roast Pork with Patatas Bravas
A traditional Spanish dish. Pork shoulder slow roasted with garlic and rosemary. Served with roasted potatoes mixed with a sauce made from tomato, onion & garlic, seasoned with paprika and ancho chile (a subtly spicy & earthy chile pepper).
Heating Instructions
- Oven directions: Remove lid and cover with foil. Heat in pre-heated 350° oven for 20-25 minutes for small/medium and 30-45 min. for large.
- Microwave directions: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat for 3-5 minutes (small/medium); 6-8 min. (large), rearranging potatoes and beef halfway through heating time to assure even heating.
- Ingredients: Pork shoulder, potatoes, tomatoes, onion, garlic, rosemary, paprika, ancho chiles, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
