Rosemary Brined Pork Tenderloin w/ Whole Grain Mustard Potato Salad
Pork tenderloin is soaked overnight in our rosemary brine for a moist tender result when roasted to medium the next day. Served with potato salad made with whole grain mustard, bacon, and celery. Potato salad can be served hot or cold.
Heating Instructions
- Oven: Remove lid and cover with foil. Heat in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes for small or medium and 30-45 minutes for large.
- Microwave: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat for 3-5 minutes for small or medium and 6-8 minutes for large
