Crab Cakes with Corn & Black Bean Salad
Crab meat combined with shallots, garlic, condiments and seasonings, seared on the griddle and finished in the oven. Served with a roasted corn and black bean salad.
Heating Instructions
- Oven directions (preferred method): Remove lid and cover with foil. Heat at 350° for 10-15 minutes or until hot.
- Microwave directions: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat for 2-3 min. (Small), 4-5 min. (Med.), 6-7 (Large). Rearrange crab cakes half way through heating time.
- Ingredients: Crab meat, red pepper, green onion, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, egg, bread crumbs, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, polenta, vegetable oil, capers, horseradish, salt and pepper, black beans, corn, tomato, green onions, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, green chilies, salt, black pepper, cilantro, cumin.
