Crab Cakes with Roasted Veggies & Rice
Crab meat combined with shallots, garlic, condiments and seasonings, seared on the griddle and finished in the oven. Served with vegetables, rice and tangy caper sauce.
Heating Instructions
- Oven directions (preferred method): Remove lid and cover with foil. Heat at 350° for 10-15 minutes or until hot.
- Microwave directions: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat for 2-3 min. (Small), 4-5 min. (Med.), 6-7 (Large). Rearrange crab cakes half way through heating time.
- Ingredients: Crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, egg, bread crumbs, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, vegetable oil, capers, horseradish, salt and pepper, white rice, zucchini, yellow squash, asparagus, salt, black pepper
