Mustard & Herb Crusted Salmon with Summer Slaw
Wild salmon spread withwholegrain mustard, parsley, scallions, dill and thyme, slow roasted and served with a caraway vinaigrette coleslaw.
Heating Instructions
- If slaw is in the same container as the salmon, transfer slaw to a plate or the lid of pan.
- Let Salmon come to room temp. before heating
- Oven directions: Remove lid and cover with foil. Heat at 350 until just warm (5-10 minutes
- Microwave directions: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat on high check after each minute.
- Ingredients: Wild salmon, whole grained mustard, parsley, scallions, thyme and dill. SLAW: Savoy cabbage, carrots, radishes, caraway seeds, red wine vinegar, vegetable oil and sugar.
