Salmon w/Mango Salsa & Rice

Wild salmon and rice with a refreshing mango salsa (light zesty kick).

Microwave Directions: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat on HIGH for 2-3 minutes (small), 3-4 minutes (medium), 4-5 minutes (large). Rearrange fish and stir rice halfway through. Be careful not to overcook fish.

Oven Directions: Remove lid and cover with foil.  Bake in pre-heated 325 degrees oven for 15 minutes (small/medium), 20 minutes (large).
