Sesame Salmon with Orzo Salad

Salmon Filets (wild when available) are coated with sesame seeds and roasted, with an orange ginger sauce on the side. Accompanied by an orzo salad, boasting red bell peppers, asparagus and crumbled goat cheese.

Heating Instructions

  • Microwave directions: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat on high for 2-3 minutes small), 3-4 minutes (medium) or 4-5 minutes (large). Rearrange fish and stir orzo salad halfway through heating. Be careful not to overcook fish.
  • Oven directions: Remove lid and cover with foil. Bake in pre-heated 325 °F oven for 15 minutes for small/medium; 20 minutes for large.
